Oura integration

Last updated: August 13, 2026

What the integration does

COORDINATOR is a coordination workspace with an AI layer that reads across the systems you connect. Connecting Oura lets that layer see how you're actually recovering — how you slept, what your readiness looks like, where your HRV is trending — so it can plan around the body you have today rather than the one you had when you wrote the plan.

Once connected, COORDINATOR can:

  • Show your recent sleep, readiness, and daily activity alongside the rest of your workspace.
  • Answer questions about recovery trends ("how has my sleep been this month?", "when was my HRV last this low?").
  • Trigger routines you set up yourself — for example, flagging a hard session when readiness comes back low.

The integration is read-only

COORDINATOR reads data from Oura. It does not write to your Oura account, change your settings, edit your sleep or activity records, or add anything to your Oura timeline.

What data we receive

Only what the permissions you grant during authorization cover, across three kinds of record:

  • Sleep — sleep periods and their attributes: duration, stages, efficiency, timing, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability.
  • Daily summaries — readiness, sleep, and activity scores with their contributing factors.
  • Activity — workouts and sessions Oura recorded.

We do not receive your Oura password. Oura data is used to provide the features above, for you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other COORDINATOR users, and we do not use it to train AI models. It is handled as sensitive health information under our Privacy Policy.

Connecting Oura is opt-in

Nothing is connected by default, and COORDINATOR receives no Oura data until you explicitly authorize it. You opt in when you want it, you can opt out at any time, and you can reconnect later without penalty. COORDINATOR works without Oura connected — you just won't see Oura data in it.

Authorization happens on Oura's own site, through Oura's OAuth screen. You choose what to grant there, and you can review or revoke it from your Oura account at any time.

How to connect

  1. Sign in to COORDINATOR.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  3. Find Oura under Wearables and select Connect.
  4. You'll be sent to Oura to sign in and review the permissions COORDINATOR is asking for.
  5. Oura returns you to COORDINATOR and the Oura card shows as connected. New data flows in from that point on.

To bring in data recorded before you connected, use Sync history on the Oura card. It pulls a window of past records and skips anything already imported, so running it more than once is safe.

How to disconnect

You can disconnect at any time, for any reason, without contacting us.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. On the Oura card, open the menu and select Disconnect, then confirm.

Disconnecting takes effect immediately. COORDINATOR revokes the access it was granted, deletes the stored tokens, stops receiving any further Oura data, and marks the connection inactive so nothing syncs in the background.

You can also revoke COORDINATOR's access directly from your Oura account settings. Revoking there has the same effect — COORDINATOR stops receiving data.

To also delete the Oura data COORDINATOR already imported, email [email protected] from your account email address and ask us to delete it. See Privacy Policy for the full retention and deletion terms.

Reconnecting

Reconnect whenever you like — the steps are identical to connecting the first time, with no waiting period and no limit on how often you connect and disconnect. Afterwards, use Sync history to backfill anything recorded while you were disconnected.

Common sync issues

Last night's sleep hasn't appeared

Oura finalizes a night's sleep after your ring syncs to the Oura app, which usually happens when you open the app in the morning. Until that happens there is nothing for us to read. Open the Oura app, let the ring sync, then use Sync history if it still hasn't arrived.

Readiness or sleep scores changed after they appeared

Oura revises a day's summary as more data arrives — a nap or a late ring sync can move a score hours after you first saw it. COORDINATOR takes Oura's latest version as the truth, so a value shifting slightly is normal rather than a bug.

Older data is missing

COORDINATOR only starts receiving data from the moment you connect. Use Sync history to backfill.

The ring hasn't synced in days

Check the Oura app first. If the ring hasn't synced to Oura, no amount of syncing in COORDINATOR will help — the data doesn't exist upstream yet.

"Reconnect required" on the Oura card

Oura is no longer accepting COORDINATOR's access, usually because access was revoked in your Oura account or you changed your Oura password. Select Disconnect, then Connect again to re-authorize.

Data looks wrong

COORDINATOR shows what Oura sends. Check the value in the Oura app first — if it's wrong there too, the issue is upstream. If it's right in Oura and wrong here, that's a bug on our side; please report it.

Contact support

Email [email protected]. Write from the email address on your COORDINATOR account so we can find it, and include:

  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • The date of the night or activity involved, and whether it appears in the Oura app.
  • Roughly when you connected Oura, and when you last synced.

Never send us your Oura password or login credentials — we will never ask for them.
