Managing your subscription
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Where to manage billing
Everything about your plan lives in Settings → Billing. That page shows the following:
- Current plan: the plan you're on, with Manage subscription if you pay by card.
- Usage: how much of your monthly AI allowance you've used, when it resets, and how much Library storage you're using.
- Plan cards: Free, Base, and Pro, with a button to subscribe or switch.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Manage subscription opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you can change plans, cancel, update your card, and download invoices. COORDINATOR never sees your full card number.
For what each plan includes, see Plans explained.
If you subscribed on iPhone
If you subscribed through the iPhone app, Apple bills you, not COORDINATOR. The Billing page says so and doesn't show plan cards, so you aren't charged twice. Manage or cancel on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- On the Base or Pro card, select Subscribe Now. If you're already on a paid plan, select Update Subscription on the plan you want.
- Complete checkout.
Your new plan and bigger allowance start as soon as the upgrade goes through. You don't wait for your next billing date. Missions that paused because you ran out of allowance don't restart on their own, and sending them a message doesn't restart them either. Open each one and select Resume.
Downgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- On the Base card, select Update Subscription.
- On Stripe's billing page, confirm the change.
The lower plan starts as soon as you confirm. If Stripe's page shows an error or doesn't offer Base, email [email protected] and we switch your plan for you.
To move from a paid plan to Free, cancel your subscription instead. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to your missions and data when you downgrade
- Your data stays. Missions, Library items, memory, and connected integrations aren't deleted.
- Your allowance gets smaller. If you use more than the lower plan's allowance, running missions pause until it refills.
- Storage limits get smaller. Files already in your Library stay. If your Library is bigger than the lower plan allows, you can't upload more until you delete enough files to get under the limit.
Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Select Manage subscription.
- On Stripe's billing page, select the option to cancel, and confirm.
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and you aren't charged again.
What happens to your missions and data when you cancel
Canceling your subscription doesn't delete your account. Your missions, Library, memory, and integrations stay, and the Free plan's allowance and limits apply. To delete your account entirely, see Your data and privacy.
How billing dates work
- Your billing date is the day you first subscribed. You're charged on that day each month, and your allowance refills on that day.
- When you change plans mid-month, the new plan starts right away. Stripe works out the difference between the two plans for the rest of the current period and adds it to your next invoice: an extra charge for an upgrade, or a credit for a downgrade. Your billing date doesn't change.
- When you cancel, there's no further charge. Your plan runs to the end of the current period.
- On the Free plan, there's no billing date. Your allowance refills each month on the day you joined.
The free month of Base
If you took the free month when you signed up, your card is charged $20 when the free month ends, and monthly after that. To avoid the charge, cancel before the month ends.
Update your card or download invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Select Manage subscription.
- On Stripe's billing page, update your payment method or open your invoice history.
