Your data and privacy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

What COORDINATOR can see

COORDINATOR can only see what you give it:

  • What you write in chats and missions.
  • Files you upload.
  • Data from integrations you've connected, limited to the permissions you approved when you connected them.
  • What it learns about you over time. See How COORDINATOR remembers you.

Nothing is connected by default. Each integration is opt-in, and each one's article lists exactly what COORDINATOR receives. For the full list, see Connections and integrations.

What COORDINATOR can't see

  • Your passwords. Most integrations use the provider's own sign-in page, so your password never reaches us. A few use an API key, which is a revocable credential, not your password.
  • Anything you didn't grant. If you didn't approve a permission, COORDINATOR doesn't get that data. For example, a Notion page you haven't shared with COORDINATOR stays invisible to it.
  • Other people's private data. COORDINATOR sees your account, not your teammates' or other athletes' accounts, unless they share their memory with you.

How your data is used

Your data is used to provide COORDINATOR's features, for you. We don't sell it, we don't share it with other COORDINATOR users, and we don't use it to train our own AI models. Health and fitness data is handled as sensitive information. For the full terms, see our Privacy Policy.

COORDINATOR uses AI models from several third-party providers to answer you. When your content reaches one of those providers, that provider's own terms govern how it's handled. For details on which providers process your data and under what terms, see our Privacy Policy.

What happens when you disconnect an integration

Disconnecting takes effect immediately and needs no approval from us. In every case, COORDINATOR deletes the stored credentials and stops receiving new data. What happens to data already imported depends on the integration.

IntegrationCredentialsData already imported
Wearables, such as Strava, Oura, WHOOP, Withings, Suunto, Hevy, and AmyAccess revoked where the provider allows it, and stored credentials deletedKept. Your history stays in your account.
Google DriveAccess revoked with Google, and stored credentials deletedDeleted. Drive files attached to your chats are removed.
Other apps you sign in to, such as OneDrive and SlackStored credentials deleted. To revoke access, remove COORDINATOR in that app's settings too.Kept. Imported content stays until you ask us to delete it.
MCP servers you addedSign-in and credentials deletedCOORDINATOR stops using the server.
Connected sitesSaved login deletedCOORDINATOR stops using the site.

To delete wearable history or other imported data after disconnecting, email [email protected] from the address on your COORDINATOR account and ask us to delete it.

For Notion, disconnecting in COORDINATOR doesn't remove COORDINATOR from your Notion workspace. See Notion integration to remove it there too.

Export your data

COORDINATOR doesn't offer a one-click export of your whole account. You can export the following:

  • Deliverables and files: download individual items from your Library.
  • Memory: download your memory as a file. See How COORDINATOR remembers you.

To request a full copy of your data, email [email protected] from the address on your COORDINATOR account.

Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.

  1. Go to Settings → Account.
  2. Find Delete account.
  3. In the Confirm field, enter DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. In the confirmation dialog, select Delete account again.

Deletion happens immediately. If you have a paid subscription, it's canceled at the end of your current billing period, and you aren't charged again.

Deleting your account removes the following:

  • Your sign-in, sessions, two-step verification, and passkeys
  • Your Group memberships and invitations
  • Files attached to your chats, including files imported from integrations
  • Your wearable data and wearable connections
  • The credentials for your connected integrations, with Google Drive access revoked at Google

Deleting your account doesn't remove the following:

  • Your chats and their messages
  • Your missions
  • Your Library items, including files you uploaded to the Library
  • Your memory

To have those removed too, email [email protected] from the address on your COORDINATOR account before you delete it, and ask us to delete all of your data.

If you subscribed through the iPhone app, cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings too. See Managing your subscription.
