Samsung Health appears in your integrations list, but you can't connect it today. It needs the COORDINATOR Go mobile app for Android, which hasn't shipped yet. The card shows a "coming soon" note until it does.

Everything below describes how it will work, so you know what to expect. If you want Galaxy Watch data in COORDINATOR before then, see what to do in the meantime.

Why it needs a mobile app

Every other wearable we support keeps your data on a server we can talk to. You authorize us, and we fetch from Strava's or Oura's systems.

Samsung Health doesn't work that way. Your health data lives on your phone, not in a cloud service we can query. There's no server-side API that lets a company like us read your Samsung Health records — the only thing that can read it is an app running on your device, with your permission.

So the integration has to work in the opposite direction: instead of COORDINATOR pulling data from Samsung, the COORDINATOR Go app on your phone reads what you allow and pushes it to your account. No mobile app means no path for the data to travel, which is why the web card can't connect on its own.

What this changes for you

• You'll grant permission on your phone, choosing exactly which data types to share.
• Your phone needs to be on and have connectivity for data to arrive. Data syncs when the app runs, not continuously from a server.
• There's no "Sync history" button. That action pulls from a provider's servers, and there are none here — history comes from your device when the app sends it.

What it will bring in

Workouts, sleep, activity, and body metrics from Samsung Health — which includes data your Galaxy Watch records, plus anything other apps write in.

Because Samsung Health aggregates from several sources, connecting it can cover more than one device. It also means a workout might arrive both through Samsung Health and through a directly connected service, if you use both.

It will be read-only

COORDINATOR will read from Samsung Health. It will not write workouts, add records, or modify anything in your health data.

Your choice, per data type

You approve each category separately on your phone, and you can change or revoke that at any time in your device's health permission settings. Revoking there stops that data immediately, independently of anything in COORDINATOR.

What to do in the meantime

If your Galaxy Watch workouts already reach another service, connect that instead:

• Samsung Health can share activities to Strava — see the Strava integration.
