COORDINATOR Go mobile app guide

Not available yet
COORDINATOR Go is COORDINATOR's mobile app for iPhone and Android. It isn't in the App Store or Google Play yet. This article explains what it does and how setup works, so you know what to expect.
Until it ships, use COORDINATOR in your phone's web browser at coordinator.co. On a Mac, you can also use the Mac app.
What the app does
COORDINATOR Go does two jobs:
- It's COORDINATOR on your phone. Chat with COORDINATOR, check on your missions, and open what's in your Library while you're away from your desk.
- It brings in health data that lives on your phone. Apple Health on iPhone and Samsung Health on Android keep your data on the device, not on a server COORDINATOR can reach. The app reads what you allow and sends it to your account. This is the only way to connect those two sources.
How it relates to the web app
The mobile app and the web app are two ways into the same account:
- You sign in with the same account.
- Your chats, missions, Library, and memory are the same in both places.
- Integrations you connect on the web work in the app, and health data the app sends shows up on the web.
- Your plan and allowance are shared. Using the app doesn't cost anything extra.
Set up the app
- Install COORDINATOR Go from the App Store on iPhone, or from Google Play on Android.
- Open the app and sign in with the same account you use on the web. Select Continue with Email to get a 6-digit code, or sign in with Apple or Google.
- Optional: Connect your phone's health data. See the next section.
Connect Apple Health or Samsung Health
- In the app, go to the integrations settings.
- Select Apple Health on iPhone, or Samsung Health on Android.
- Your phone shows its own permission screen. Choose exactly which data types to share. On Android, Samsung Health data is shared through Health Connect.
- Confirm. The app starts sending the data you allowed.
Health data syncs when the app runs, so your phone needs to be on and connected to the internet. There's no Sync history button for these sources, because the history comes from your phone, not from a server.
For details on each source, see Apple Health integration and Samsung Health integration.
Stop sharing health data
- On iPhone, open the Health app and go to Sharing → Apps, then turn off the data types you no longer want to share.
- On Android, open Health Connect and remove COORDINATOR's permissions.
Stopping takes effect immediately, independently of anything in COORDINATOR.
Subscriptions on iPhone
If you subscribe to Base or Pro inside the iPhone app, Apple bills you. Manage or cancel that subscription on your iPhone, not in COORDINATOR's billing settings. See Managing your subscription.
